1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or receiving services from Norcal Mobile Detailing Pros (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Scope & Quality

Norcal Mobile Detailing Pros offers mobile detailing services including but not limited to: full detailing, interior-only, exterior-only, ceramic coating, scratch removal, oxidation removal, RV & boat detailing, fleet and dealership services. Services are provided at the Client’s location in the Sacramento area and surrounding service regions. norcalmobiledetailingpros.com

While we use professional products and techniques, results are not guaranteed and depend on factors like vehicle age, paint condition, and environmental exposure.

3. Access & Safety Requirements

Clients must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle. Work may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or violate local regulations.

4. Estimates & Pricing

Listed prices are starting estimates and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

Final pricing will be communicated and confirmed before services begin.

All payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a time slot.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur charges up to the full service price.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions to protect both your vehicle and our team.

7. Personal Items & Vehicle Contents

Please remove all personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

8. Pre-Existing Damage & Visual Enhancements

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects such as scratches, chips, paint failure, or deep stains.

Cleaning or polishing may highlight existing imperfections.

9. Ceramic Coatings & Protection Services

Ceramic coatings increase protective durability but require proper aftercare (no automatic washes, harsh chemicals, neglect, etc.). Warranties, if offered, will be clearly detailed in your specific ceramic service agreement.

10. Dealership & Fleet Services

Dealership or fleet accounts may be subject to separate written agreements, including pricing and scheduling terms.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where a specific written warranty is provided, services are offered as-is and we are not liable for future cosmetic or mechanical issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for services. Norcal Mobile Detailing Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By booking services through any channel (phone, online booking, in person), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
